Fragile articles need layers of protection when packed. Wrapping films, bubble films, foam mats, old clothes and newspapers can be used to make multiple cushioning layers. For example, bubble film: bubble film is a new plastic packaging material with light texture, good transparency, non-toxic and tasteless, which can prevent moisture, buffer and heat preservation of products. As a soft cushioning material, it plays a vital role in the packaging of fragile goods. When packaging, the bubble film can be cut and packaged according to the shape of the articles. It can package all kinds of irregular articles.
After the above layers of protection are loaded into the cartons corresponding to the size of the articles, foam pads should be laid at the bottom of the carton for boxing. After packing, the foam should be used to fill the gaps between the articles and cartons so as to avoid the wobble of objects and the damage of the articles in the process of handling.
The outer packaging of fragile products shall also be firm, and must not be neglected, so as to avoid falling and damage due to the looseness of the outer packaging in the process of handling. For example, for the package of carton, seal the box mouth with adhesive tape and then cross wrap it to prevent cracks. After all articles are packed, special marks shall be made on the outer packaging, and the words "handle with care" can be written to remind the moving master.
Some fragile valuables, in order to prevent accidental damage when moving, it's best to take them with you. When carrying, the moving master should also be careful and handle it with care.
During loading, the spacing between fragile goods boxes should not be too large, but should be tight. The boxes should be placed in a shape of goods, which is more reliable and can effectively protect articles.
After all items are moved, the fragile valuables shall be counted. If any damage is found, it shall be negotiated with the moving company immediately
